During production quality control allows for an evaluation directly from the production line when the process is approximately 20-30% complete. This confirms the product quality and allows for necessary adjustments in advance, reducing time and costs for rework/changes.

When handling bulk cargo, it is crucial to inspect the cleanliness of tanks and holds. The condition of tanks and holds is vital for the safe transportation of your cargo. Contaminants, infestations, and moisture can damage or ruin your cargo, and refusal to load due to presumed insufficient cleanliness can be very costly. Our qualified inspectors will check the holds and tanks for cleanliness and dryness, ensuring no residues from previous cargo and no contamination.

During the pre-shipment inspection, our inspectors ensure that the finished products meet specifications. The pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is usually conducted when production is 100% complete and at least 80% packed. The work is carried out according to the instructions received from the customer.

Supervision of container loading ensures proper loading and securing, whether the containers are intended for sea or road transport.

The inspection of container loading may include:

• Checking the quantity;
• Product traceability, including the comparison of production codes, plant numbers, and inventory numbers with the data on the packing list or invoice;
• Inspection of external and internal operating conditions of containers;
• Inspection of trailers or containers for the absence of debris, insects, and pests;
• Temperature control;
• Packaging inspection;
• Labeling inspection;
• Inspection of cargo labeling for compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., checking for the presence of barcodes);
• Documenting any damage found during loading;
• Photographing the packaging and loading processes;
• Documenting container, vessel, and seal numbers.

Upon completion of loading, at the special request of the client, we seal the containers with seals to reduce the risk of tampering, theft, and substitution.

To avoid disputes regarding import and to ensure that products are delivered in the same condition as established at the time of loading, the unloading inspection includes similar checks of container integrity according to checklists or invoices.
